"DO NOT GO HERE! I used to work here and I can tell you it is unsafe. The place is falling apart. The recovery room is not safe. They use all the same eye drops on all the patients. The administrator Renee Moreno does not care about the patients or the staff. She reported me to the BOARD OF NURSING for allowing a family member to help me give eye drops.
