"A 1 min late policy, and then they refuse to see you is asinine, I've sat for 30min after my appointment time waiting for a Dr. But they won't see you after 1min, STFU!!"

"I'm also had a horrible customer service experience here. I waited two month for an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early, 12-hour fasting, with a genuine medical concern. I failed to fill out their online check-in form the day before. I offered to do it in the lobby, but the receptionist turned me away."

"I always liked Dr Herber and warm and friendly care team at the Milwaukie Clinic until 2 weeks ago when I was stunned by the hostile environment. I had arrived for my appointment 25 minutes early then stood in line to check in for 10.5 minutes.
