"The front office and the nurses are great. Dr. Baalman is nice, but you will rarely have the chance to speak as he will just talk over you constantly. I don't think it is out of being rude or anything he just does not let you as the patient talk or explain."

"This whole office including dr baalmann are a joke they care more about money and insurance than they do the patients. They won't even fill out paperwork or fill scripts because they refuse to take my insurance. As far as I'm concerned they need to think about their patients over anything else. I'm glad we found a different doctor office. I will never go back to this joke of an office."
