"Went for mt appointment. Dr was nice. Long wait. Had to ask about process. Health provider ok. Etc. Had to pry info out of receptionist. They didn't walk me thru the process. Have to go thru a third party to get appointment for cataract surgery. I know the date not the time. I have tried calling them. It is frustrating. I went in person to find out what was going on.
