"For my return appointment to see Zein, I arrived 15 minutes early. I saw Zein take in 2 patients while I was in the waiting room. After an hour of waiting I asked how much longer the receptionist rudely said “may be a couple of minutes I don’t know”! So I’m thinking why don’t you ask as I walked out the door. Guess what? No one called me back to apologize. Nothing. "
