"I have an appointment at 6:30 pm. They emailed me to come by 5:45. I arrived on time and finished all paperwork before I arrived. They told me to wait until my name is called. I’ve been waiting for the call for nothing. If they don’t need anything from me before the mri why asked me to come 45 minutes earlier. After 6:30 I asked them how long I need to wait they said, “No one told you the mri schedule ..."

"I recently needed a CAT scan of my lungs. I was extremely nervous, but the technician was wonderful, walked me through the procedure, and kept me calm throughout. Thanks to her, I believe her name was Danielle, I came through the entire process without any mental “scars!""
