"I’ve been with Dr. Foto for 23 yrs so he must be great! I see 3 other docs there also. I’m happy with them but the office staff, management, and not being to able to get a message to a doc through 3 people for 4 wks is unconscionable. This place is an absolute circus and NORTHWELL should be ashamed of their organization."

"As a pt. of Dr. Fotos for 23yrs I must be satisfied! Since Northwells takeover the office is an absolute joke! After 4 weeks of speaking with 3 nursing assistants and management staff I got a call back from the doc totally confused about the 3 detailed messages. The following week with a new serious issue I couldn’t get an appt for a week with any of the 3 docs I see. Their door says ”Walk ins welcome”. ..."

"My daughter had a rash all over her body and tried to get into Dr. Avdovic. She called the office about 5 times. Every time she called they said he will call you back. Needless to say NO ONE called her back. She was so uncomfortable and itchy and everything she tried was not working. She would have loved for the office to call her back and get her into see the doctor, but did not happen. Would ..."
