"Very disappointed. Had major work done that took half the year working with surgeon they sent me to. Got quote before and after surgeon work and when it was time for Northstar to finish the last step they increased their quote over 30%. Last quote in writing was Sept but they said insurance contract with them changed so my quote changed. Insurance said if they would have done pre authorization I would ..."
