"Terrible practice. Try calling in to change an appointment, and you will remain on hold for an indefinite period of time; they do not have voicemail. After twice going to the operator, I was told scheduling is very busy, "they can take my name and number but I probably will not get a call back". Then HIRE more people instead of pocketing all the profit. Find a different practice that actual cares. ..."
