"I had anesthesia services provided at Naab Road, across from St.Vincent Hospital, location on 10/2/24. Because Northside Anesthesia failed to properly bill my Blue Cross coverage, the bill for $1200 was sent to a collection service, which notified me 4/28/225. Completely incompetent."

"I had Dr Hastings provide my anesthesia, but then received a monstrous bill. Trying to contact them is impossible. You always get a non-helpful person in the Philippines. All local numbers listed are disconnected. I do NOT recommend this outfit. Deplorable customer service."

"They don't bill insurance. There standard procedure is to send bill via collection lawyers. They are committing harassment of patients"

"I keep receiving a request for payment for a procedure that have involved Northside Anesthesia. I had an emergency in July 5th 2034. You may note that this was over 11 months ago. I am unable to speak with a customer service representative EXCEPT the underpaid Workers in the Philippines. I have NOT received a billing. It would be so nice to speak with someone in Indianapolis."

"My bill has been paid over 10 months ago, However, I STILL get notices from the Philippines. I don't speek Tagalog. DO NOT USE Ascension St. Vincent! You will be tied up with no local service. The local billing department has been dismissed. You will be immediately sent to the the Philippines. The hospital saves outrageous sums of money by using outside billing contractors."
