"257 minute wait time to speak to someone at the clinic? That is over 4 hours of wait time. It was 3:21pm when I called, and thought that must be an error over the system, so I decided to hold on. I held on and on but no answer. The last time I called the wait time was maybe 30 or 40 mins and eventually I was given an automatic message option to receive a call back. Today that was not the case ..."

"Wouldn't go back. Had an referreral from immediate care. An hour and 15min before appt the office called and asked me to come in 45 min early. I came in early and then 5 min after check-in they told me Dr.Chu couldn't see me today. No attempt at all to get me seen by another dr. Total lack of appreciation for my time and my injury."
