"since I have been with North Park Medical . it is vary difficult to get refills of medication needed. Doctor Ajai J Agarwal do not fill prescription with refills. and he do not respond to the pharmacy for approval to refill medications needed. The Nursing staff are not sympathetic to the patient needs. The doctor do not keep his appointments or is late to arrive . patients time is not respected ."
