"I’ve been to the surgical center once before so I had an idea what to expect. The waiting room was crowded as I expected but appointments were moving ,I didn’t have to wait too long for mine,the front desk staff were courteous and professional. In the back nurses try to make you as comfortable as possible very kind and caring kudos to the nurses. I have nothing negative to say about the surgical center ..."

"Procedure went well except for the waiting period I was scheduled for 9 am and arrived at 830 am as instructed I finally went in at 11am I should have been told appt may not be as scheduled I don’t normally have high blood pressure but was asked if I did ; no wonder after my emotions built up."

"I went to this facility based on my doctor’s recommendation, and I do trust my doctor, who spoke highly of it. I also believe the equipment and the quality of the medical care itself were high. However, organizationally, this facility needs significant improvement. I was delayed for multiple hours, which was especially difficult given the strict prep required for a colonoscopy/endoscopy (no food or ..."

"The Office staff, doctors, and doctors were very nice and treated me respectfully. The facility is very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the anesthesiologist. I woke up in the middle of my procedure. I heard talking and felt what the surgeon was doing. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and the memory continues daily in my mind."

"Terrible! The place is a mill. I was put in a waiting cubicle, given a gown to put on and was then left there for over a half hour without anyone checking on me. In the thin gown & no blanket I was shivering from the cold. I finally decided to open the curtain and hail down a nurse to get a blanket & a bag for my clothes. I was only attended to because I took the initiative!"
