I was quite anxious going in to discuss an issue, which turned out to be fine. But both Dr. Blais and Michelle took the time to explain to me what was going on. Very friendly and put me at ease. "My son had his wisdom teeth removed, the first day of re-open after Covid closures. Given the current situation and brand new protocol I expected an uneasy environment, weird hurdles to jump and bugs to work out. There was none of that. The staff and doctor were welcoming, reassuring, careful and amazingly efficient. Top notch service and care. Quite honestly it was so seamless that it felt normal. ..."
