"I had an evaluation for a shoulder injury in 2022 and was told that I could get a payment plan for my visit. After calling six times and emailing twice, my request for a payment plan has been consistently ignored. Buyer beware, this practice will not honor any need for financial assistance, even if they say they will. This is medical profit machine with no regard for its patients beyond their bank ..."
