"They will charge you hundreds of dollars over the agreed fees as they use their "Office Policy" to justify charging any secondary insurance you list on your paperwork because they get more money from one vs the other. You may be a VSP member and tell them you are coming in for a VSP routine eye exam, but they will charge whomever they want and then you may have higher co-pays and uncovered fees. ..."
