"'Had a basic colonoscopy and was ASSURED that everyone involved was participating w/ my insurance. I ended up paying several hundred dollars for the 10 mins of anesthesiologist who was not contracted. This was for a BASIC PREVENTATIVE PROCEDURE.... A colonoscopy supposedly free to everyone of my age in America. 'Have since learned that what I was charged for was against the law."

"I went through these doctors and they are the worst at follow up. I did get a timely appointment however it took 2+ months to get me the medicine I needed. They have no follow up with pharmacies/insurance companies. I could have suffered serious issues waiting for my medicine. I had bleeding varices and that doctor was at least the most conscientious. Also if you do t pay your bill immediately ..."

"I recently had an endoscopy here. The pluses is that I obtained an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and had a pain free procedure. The negatives are that the doctor was condescending, and the prep nurse was rushed."

"Horrible practice! I received a referral from my GP over a month ago. Since then I have called repeatedly each week in hopes of scheduling an appointment. The scheduling department NEVER picks up, a recording states that they are too busy. I leave my call back information as instructed, they never return my call."

"Seems this practice is completely indifferent to their patients. In January this year I received a notice from the practice for a necessary follow-up procedure. Since then, I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment by all available mean, in never received a response. Patient abandonment!"

"The doctors do not make appointments with patients. They only do procedures. THey suggested i see a Physician Assistant in June. I've got colitis. What kind of professional standards are they following? None."
