"Being in a small town, it is a shame to have to settle for poor doctor service, not to be treated professionally, not to receive procedure information beforehand, and having to wait for an hour and a half to two hours to be seen by a doctor in the procedure room, not to be seen personally beforehand by the doctor. Reluctant to say something as frightened to lose the only surgeon in the local area, ..."
