"I have been visiting Ellsworth Primary care since a couple of years before COVID. Scheduling, the Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and receptionists have all been great. There is a walk-in clinic next door for immediate issues, which communicates with the my primary care doctor, and they also do lab work. Referrals to ENT, Urology, Hematology, Neurosurgery have all been timely. "

"RUN.............FOR YOUR LIFE!!!! This place is horrible and we will never return. We asked for ONE FULL MONTH for my husband's medical records to be sent to Denver. They were never sent. We went into the Emergency Room at Blue Hill and were transferred to Ellsworth Northern Light for a gastrointestinal problem and they proceeded to take cat scans of his HEAD AND LUNGS????? Were they just running ..."

"Seriously, go elsewhere. Worst clinic I've ever been to. You'll wait 6-8 months for an appointment, even if you have an acute healthcare need. This is the norm. Rudeness from the telephone schedulers & the front desk. Subpar care from the practitioner. Go. Elswhere."
