"I was referred to this office in May of 2022. My first call for an appointment I waited over an hour on hold, so I decided to go down to their office and talk in person with someone. When I walked in the staff were having a great time talking and eating. Meanwhile 18 people were in the hold queue. These are people with serious illness who may lose their lives if not seen in time.
