"The Doctors at this practice are excellent. It's the front end staff that would make me leave the practice. Leave a message for the Nurse about meds .. never a call back. Leave a message about a painful hematoma, no call back. Watched while waiting to make a follow up appointment. Staff answers phone, can you hold, then goes back to doing paperwork. NO one at the window. When ever you call, expect ..."
