"I have been going there for several years. I usually see Amber, but once a year I see Dr. Wietecha. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes, even when I'm early. Have never had any issue with any of the staff. Everything has always been well organized with capable and responsive people."

"The worst experience. I waited weeks for my appointment and on the day of my appointment Dr. Runer only took if anything 5minutes listening. She completely ignored the lab work that was done by the VA and instead wanted to run the same tests and wanted me to do a follow up in 6 weeks. It felt like all they care was to run lab tests and not provide any medication. I should have listed to my gut feeling ..."

"I recently had a complete blood work up done by my family doctor. He sent the results to NEO Endocrinology. They called me the next day to set up an appointment. I had gone there before without any issues. My appointment was at 10:25 AM. I arrived 20 minutes early. At 10:56 I had not been called to an examination room. I told the scheduler that I had to get back to work and could not wait any longer. ..."
