"After ten years of being a patient of Northeastern and having had several procedures done there, without ever a problem I was dropped as a patient today for asking a nurse basic simple nursing questions at the Honesdale location. I was not only told not to schedule cases at that location but refused to be seen by my Dr. and PA of over 10 years. Ten years as a patient and denied care for simply asking ..."

"This place is HORRIBLE!!! After an ER visit I was told to get a emergency appointment with them, which doctors always have, especially after being a patient for over ten years. They refused to see me quickly. I would like everyone to know "Stay away from this place"" They apparently have no compassion for a long time patience as/!!!!"
