"I was 1) directed to the wrong office; 2) sent to take tests; 3) never received any results; 4) never once received a return phone call after at least 6 messages. I have contacted my insurance company to demand this company return the payment they received... If I don't get a diagnosis, they didn't render me any useful service. Shame on Northeast."
