"I have been very satisfied with our experiences with this dental facility. The staff is wonderful in comforting my son every time we have gone. Dr. Rivera and his hygienist are very thorough and patient. The only reason I didn't rate them with 5 stars was a scheduling conflict I had recently. I had set up an appointment for a check up for my son at 1:00 pm on a Wednesday, which was the latest ..."

"My daughter was very hesitant at first, but she did so well with the staff. It went better than I could've ever expected. The staff was extremely considerate of Maddie's nerves and made her feel at ease. I can't wait to take her back and take our other child as well."

"Blessed to have found an office filled with friendly staff and the best dentist for my children. Staff makes children comfortable and allows parents to stay in the room during treatment. Most importantly they remember my childrens names, likes, dislikes, hobbies etc and are never treated like another number in their data base. We will go to this office until my children outgrow the kids dentistry."

"As usual Downtown dentistry is awesome. I've been going there 9 years all 5 of my children have gone there and there is nowhere else we would go. We love Dr Rivera. Makes my kids feel safe and not scared. They ask for him if we go and he isn't there. Front desk and other assistants from xray lady to dental assistants. Everyone is so polite. Love it there."
