"I had a gallbladder attack and the ER sent a referral for North Springs Surgical Assoc. I have called 2 times and left messages asking to have someone call me back. Their recording says they will return the call in 24-48hrs, it's been well over that and still have not heard back. Nobody answers the phone just some unprofessional message you can barely hear and understand. I'm not wasting my time with ..."

"I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this team! Dr. Botolin was incredible. Dr. Botolin's surgery team took excellent care of me and the admin/front office team handled a complex insurance issue easily without my involvement. I cant speak highly enough about how kind and caring Dr. Botolin is/was. I would make her my primary care manager if she ever moonlights in family medicine! :-)"
