"Do not recommend. Staff at desk are extremely rude. Patients are not allowed to have their loved ones with them in the waiting area which for elderly patients who suffer anxiety can be difficult. Caregivers must wear a mask but doctors, nurses and patients don’t wear them. The staff just enjoys giving the care givers a hard time I guess. Not welcoming environment. "

"Had left eye cataract surgery March 29. As expected, was a bit nervous but the very friendly and knowledgeable staff here at North Shore Cataract & Laser Center made me feel comfortable enough to almost enjoy the experience :) Surgery was performed with a mild sedative that put me in a dream state and during the procedure I had absolutely no problems or pain at all. It's amazing how I now can see ..."
