Even though they participate with my insurance, this office collected fees BEFORE I had my appointment, by credit card- on the phone( while making appointment ). I was told I would be reimbursed after insurance paid their share. After the appointment they said I owed an additional fee. I was given a receipt saying I paid in full. The receipt itemized my ..."
