"I came around 1:30 PM and checked in my daughter and said that we would be waiting out in the vehicle. I actually came in to check her in alone. I told the attendant that we would be waiting out in the vehicle until our name was called. She asked if I would like a phone call when it was our turn and I said yes, please. She called me about an hour and a half later and I told her we were heading inside. ..."

"Incompetence says it best. Their only care is the high and mighty dollar. I had scheduled my yearly physical and went in for it and got billed for an office call which I have to pay all of it. They say the service was not performed, the people there don't seem to care."
