"Amazing Urologists and the best staff! I highly would recommend to all my family"

"I was prescribed catheters, but the doctor won't give me the actual prescription. Instead, they only let me fill through their in-house program... at a much more expensive price than I could get on my own. I'm thinking about calling the Idaho State Attorney General if they won't give me the actual prescription I can use on my own because this is blatantly illegal."

"I pretty much agree with the other reviewer, I am happy with my doctor but the staff is terrible. First problem started when I got a referral to this office. I waited a week and never received a call to set up an appointment so I called them and was told they never received a request from my Doctor. Contacted my Doctor's office and they replied that they did in fact sent a referral and that they have ..."

"While we are happy with our doctor /surgeon, some of the front desk customer service and follow up is beyond unacceptable. They are curt and brash. We understand that things happen but both my father and husband have had lost referrals, you have to wait forever to speak with the front desk, no matter when you call, they write their own financial odd rules because they have no local competition, and ..."
