"I do not recommend this specialist. After my appointment and receipt of bill, I called to discuss my concerns and received NO empathy. Dr. Miller is charging hundreds of dollars to look in the nose with a flashlight tool that is coded as a surgery (nasal endoscopy). He then told me to google estuation tube dilation that someone in Jacksonville preforms those and I may benefit from that procedure. ..."
