"Awful...awful...awfully! Made an appointment as a new patient months ago and with a doc that they said was not booked up. I actually chose which doc based on that. Then I get a call weeks before my appointment and they wanted to not only change the appointment but also the doctor! Being more than reasonable I agreed to both changes. "I went to North Country Primary Care for a few months. I was not impressed. The check-in desk near the entrance was always so SLOW and the wait-time upstairs after was sometimes 30 minutes or longer! Some of the nursing staff was rude. "This place used to be amazing. Now it is impossible to ever get anyone on the phone lines. The few times I did manage to get anyone on the phone, most of the nurses and staff were rude and hurried. No one called me back. I had no idea if my messages were getting through to my doctor.
