"Awful...awful...awfully! Made an appointment as a new patient months ago and with a doc that they said was not booked up. I actually chose which doc based on that. Then I get a call weeks before my appointment and they wanted to not only change the appointment but also the doctor! Being more than reasonable I agreed to both changes. "I went to North Country Primary Care for a few months. I was not impressed. The check-in desk near the entrance was always so SLOW and the wait-time upstairs after was sometimes 30 minutes or longer! Some of the nursing staff was rude.
