"As a parent and healthcare professional, I strongly advise against this clinic for pediatric injuries. My child has suffered a back injury since before summer, missing school and sports activities. We’ve had only one in-person appointment; every subsequent one, including today’s, was rescheduled without any notification—no calls or voicemails reached us (phone records confirm this).
