"One of my $1400 lenses fit and corrected my vision in that eye. I had to switch back to a lens from several years ago for the other. I found a provider who seems more promising, but the Records department has ignored my messages for a week. My appointment is coming up soon. Do I really have to drive 30 miles to the main office?? "
