"My doctor was outstanding, this facility as a whole not so much. Yes, the staff are very apologetic for what they did to me, but it's a fat lot of good that does for me now, though. They are worst for communicating what insurance they'll accept. This office and the billing at Kaleida are clueless. (The left and right hands do not communicate needed information.)
