"Communication via the patient portal is ridiculous! It took 8 emails and 3 months to finally get my CT order corrected. I reached out to my doctor, her nurse and the Johns Creek Office Manager via patient portal in addition to making phone calls and leaving messages. I recently sent another email......2 weeks ago.....still no response. I'm done"

"Dealing with their Billing department has been a nightmare. Clearly they are over charging and there is no one who will speak to you when you call. They force you to send an email and then they will get back to you. My time is just as important as your time. I am the customer too bad you feel its not important to answer the phone. Their answer machine just hangs up on you."
