"DR. SHAW and his staff overbill their patients, making them pay UPFRONT for services already covered by insurance and "promise" to reimburse them. II've been waiting 5 months to be reimbursed for a covered procedure and still, nothing. This is very bad business. They supposedly checked to make sure it was covered beforehand but I was forced to prepay anyway."
