"I have been calling everyday at 7:30Am to schedule an appointment to be seen for my every 3 month check-up. This is day 9 to call. There is NEVER any appointments available since you can only schedule 2 days in advance. The operator talks over you and doesn't listen to what you have to say. The operator told me to schedule my appointment on the patient portal that doesn't work either the doctor ..."

"Called to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor is nearly impossible. Patients can only make an appointment 2 days in advance. It's the worst system it takes months if your lucky to get an appointment. The state needs to come in there and reevaluate their system of scheduling so Patients can make their check-up appointments. "
