"Not one cares. I had a compression fracture of T12 and L5. They never found it in an xray. They said I was exaggerating because they cannot take an xray. This place is a nightmare and should be avoided for your safety."

"I was misdiagnosed. I had a compression fracture of T12 and L5. NorCal told me my “perceived” pain is worse than real pain. I was told I had a disagreement with my provider. Yes! I wanted an appropriate diagnosis!! Stay away for your safety. NorCal does not care. They cause more misery."

They did not find the compression fracture or treat it. My back was broken in a car accident and NorCal put in my medical record that I was exaggerating.
