"I went to visit Dr. Paul Dillaway DO on 3/23/2022 for my second visit as a follow-up to my visit in 2021 for an annual visit/physical. We did all the usual tests and he asked what medications I was taking. I explained that I am taking a new medication for male pattern baldness that was prescribed by a different doctor. After that visit, I recieved a bill in the mail paying for his "Diagnosis" of my ..."
