I received a call the day before confirming. I confirmed and asked would anything be done differently at the appt. with the pandemic. "My son has been coming to the Dupont office for 5 years. This recent visit, the dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She came from another office just for that day only but, the other none english speaking assistants are horrible ! This is our last time there. Moving on !"

"Had a cleaning appt scheduled for 6 months, get there and my daughter's "not on the schedule" despite me having an appt card written by them for that day and time. They GRACIOUSLY say they'll still see her. Oh really, you'll still see the patient you scheduled at the day and time you scheduled her! How nice of you! Waited an hour and a half before we finally were taken back and her cleaning still ..."
