"My son has been coming to the Dupont office for 5 years. This recent visit, the dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She came from another office just for that day only but, the other none english speaking assistants are horrible ! This is our last time there. Moving on !"

"Had a cleaning appt scheduled for 6 months, get there and my daughter's "not on the schedule" despite me having an appt card written by them for that day and time. They GRACIOUSLY say they'll still see her. Oh really, you'll still see the patient you scheduled at the day and time you scheduled her! How nice of you! Waited an hour and a half before we finally were taken back and her cleaning still ..."

"I think this is more about the profit then the care of the patients. They are always over booked and the wait is for two to three hours. The children are taken in the back and still have to wait after already waiting in the waiting area."

"Hello I have three children that I bring to your office and my oldest son is Vincent he is in a wheelchair and cannot talk he has cerebral palsy and has seizures and you guys are absolutely amazing to him he's so at ease every time we come to the office.. all the hygienist and the staff and the dentist he loves them all thank you all for taking care of my children"
