"The ER is terrible - travel the extra 10 minutes to another hospital. You will not be seen for at least 10 hours after signing in. My dad was sent home after being there 12+ hours with a kidney stone - they told him to drink water and it would pass. He spent 2 weeks doubled over in pain. Turns out the stone was thumb sized and required a medical procedure. "
