"Clinically, Newfield Dental (ND) was fine. However-- there was RECURRING PATTERN of OVERCHARGING PATIENT’S CO-PAY with Insurance-- despite being In-Network, with a Set, Contracted Fee Schedule. ND NEVER INITIATED REFUND of Patient Overcharges. Patient paid requested Co-Pays upfront. After Insurance Payment was received, PATIENT HAD TO REQUEST REFUND based on EOB.
