"Interesting that in July 2022 when I signed up with my insurance I was able to pick a provider from this office as my primary. When I go to make an appointment I get "we aren't taking new patients" - Maybe you should tell the health insurance company so that people don't waste their time. "I used to go this medical practice for over ten years. I one of the PA's whom I never had an issue with. They changed over their office staff when they combined with Beth Israel Boston. They are the rudest bunch of old bats I have ever encountered. They also charged me a lot of money to have my medical records sent to my new doctor. Talk about price gouging.
