"This practice continually (in my experience) changes the time of my appointments without telling me, then only informs me when confirming the appointment. Several times, doctors I have had appointments with have left the practice without the practice informing me. "Unbelievable poor service. Need a refill. Dr. says call. No one answer phone,no one calls back. Dr.never available. No patient portal. Send to appts where they don’t take your insurance. Unnecessary tests done. Still haven’t gotten a refill so going almost two weeks without medication. Person answering phone authorized a seven day supply. Now what? Scheduled me for an appointment when office was closed. ..."
