"I went there on September 5th 2023 and waited for hours. The staff was terrible and needs customer service training to learn how to speak with customers. I made a previous review about the terrible service. I was told my glasses would be ready in three weeks. It's been more than three weeks and no one can tell me if my glasses are ready. I have called several times and was put on hold several times ..."
