"Answering service is horrible. Hang up on you multiple times. Never get a callback. I have had enough. My doctor Kiesha Howard Schramm has been wonderful, I have had her since she started, but cannot deal with answering service any more. I am the last holdout of my family leaving for other doctors because of having to go through answering service versus getting the office directly. A 1.4 star review ..."

"I was a patient at NWFM when Dr Reed and Keisha were around. The staff and the doctors were great. We’ve moved away and the doctors office I’m trying to get into now tried to get my records transferred only to be told I had none. These people won’t do an iota more than they supposed to. Good riddance. Dr Reed would be heartbroken to find that incompetence has taken over his office. "

I am looking for another practice that is not owned by Westchester Medical Center, although I will be very sad to no longer use Kesha as my provider. I have been a client/patient for many years. "I agree with the reviews I see. Ever since Dr Reed retired & WMC took over it's been the worst. No call backs, can't get thru. Was sick months ago & provider finally called me back 5pm sat saying they had JUST gotten the message from Fri. Sent me to ER. Been going there for yrs. Now providers are held to strict times. Cut my last appt short because they were only allowed to give me so much time. "

"If you need a refill of prescriptions on a regular basis, do not go here. They do not call you back when you "Press 2 for a refill" and leave a message. They do not return calls when you leave a message for the front desk. They do not respond to your pharmacy when they reach out for refill permission. The worst."

"This is the most infuriating practice to deal with. Once Dr. Reed left its been terrible as far as scheduling/ not enough staff. God forbid you are ever sick you can get one of a handful of sick appointments by calling at 8am sharp if you are lucky but those few appts are at 12 noon, most of their appts are only for well visits or gyno. If you have any symptoms of any type of sickness since COVID ..."

"After 2 1/2 months waiting for my annual checkup I was turned away because I was 10 minutes late. There was construction so there was 1 lane on Temple Hill Road that held me up for 10 minutes.
