"Staff is extremely friendly and professional....but the Dentist on the other hand.... I came in and I'm greeted by really friendly staff. I then see one staff member sit down and he has his mask below his nose and he's talking on the phone. I right away think, "what is going on and someone needs to inform this employee how to wear his mask properly." He then takes his mask off and is full on scratching ..."
