"Dealing with these guys for about 30 years. First time, recently, there is an insurance issue sating they want $5 in addition to my copay for the last visit. I have my receipt for charges, and those charges being paid. Literally documentation of PAID IN FULL. No consideration, or inquiry. These guys just jumped on the insurance bandwagon. Beware, patient. This is all about money in this office. 30 ..."
